Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including chemical peels, dermabrasion, ultherapy, hydrafacials, laser treatments, and body waxing with precision and care.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions, discuss treatment options, and develop customized skincare plans.
- Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Vagaro, ensuring smooth daily operations and optimal client flow.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care to maximize results and satisfaction.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment, tools, and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Engage in social media management by promoting services, sharing client success stories, and building our online community.
- Assist with retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and aesthetic devices to meet client needs.
- Stay current on industry trends, new treatments like eyelash extensions or hair threading, and advancements in aesthetic technology to provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry as an esthetician with hands-on expertise in aesthetic treatments.
- Certification or licensing in esthetics as required by local regulations.
- Knowledge of advanced procedures such as laser treatments, chemical peels, and dermabrasion.
- Familiarity with salon management software including Vagaro for scheduling and client records.
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and promote services confidently.
- Experience with social media management to engage clients and grow the practice’s online presence.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters trust and loyalty.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Skills in retail sales techniques including upselling products that complement aesthetic treatments.
