Position
Director of Operations
Part-Time to StartOpportunity to grow into a full-time leadership position.
Your Mission
Your mission is to strengthen and lead the daily operations of an established company while helping prepare it for its next stage of growth.
You’ll oversee daily operations, improve efficiency, organize workflow, support the team, solve problems, and help develop systems that allow the company to operate at a consistently high level.
You’ll work directly with the owner while gradually taking ownership of the day-to-day operations so leadership can focus on strategic growth and future expansion.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily shop operations
- Coordinate workflow and scheduling
- Manage customer communication
- Coordinate vendors and parts
- Support technicians and subcontractors
- Resolve operational issues
- Improve efficiency and organization
- Help develop and document company systems
- Monitor production and job completion
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and team development
- Help build scalable processes for future growth

Experience
Previous leadership or operations experience is a must.
Experience in service businesses such as automotive, RV, marine, construction, HVAC, fleet maintenance, or similar industries is a plus—but not required.
We’re more interested in your ability to lead people, solve problems, and improve operations than whether you’ve worked in the RV industry.
