RegalCare is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Regional Admission and Marketing Director to oversee and drive census growth across a multi-center portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, managing regional referral systems, and maintaining high-level relationships with major hospital systems, physicians, and care managers.
The ideal candidate possesses a rare blend of strategic portfolio oversight and a hands-on approach to mentoring local admissions teams to meet and exceed occupancy goals.
Portfolio Management & Strategy
Oversee occupancy, mix, and net revenue goals for a designated multi-center portfolio.
Analyze regional market trends, competitor capabilities, and center-specific data to develop targeted quarterly marketing plans.
Conduct regular site visits to audit admissions processes and ensure brand consistency.
Hospital Relations & Business Development
Cultivate and maintain high-value relationships with key hospital executives, discharge planners, case managers, and physicians within the regional health systems.
Position RegalCare as the preferred post-acute provider by aligning our clinical capabilities with hospital readmission reduction goals.
Identify and secure new institutional referral sources throughout the region.
Referral System & Admissions Oversight
Streamline and manage regional referral systems (e.g., Allscripts/CarePort, Epic, ExaCare) to ensure rapid response times and seamless transitions of care.
Oversee the pre-admission screening process to ensure clinical and financial viability (managed care, Medicare, Medicaid, private pay).
Troubleshoot complex referral roadblocks and expedite approvals across the portfolio.
