Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, craft beers, and specialty drinks, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate food and beverage service during busy periods or special events
Requirements
- Must be able to work weekends
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong time management skills to handle high-volume service periods smoothly
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and beverage recipe measurements
- Previous experience with banquet or catering service is a plus but not required
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
