Madureira & Associates is hiring a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with Verizon services, answer questions, and support enrollment processes. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in sales, customer service, and client support within a structured, team-based environment.
Full training is provided for every Customer Service Representative —no prior experience required.
What You’ll Do as a Customer Service Representative:
Most customer service roles look the same on paper, but this one focuses on real customer interaction, problem-solving, and guided enrollment support.
- Work directly with customers to explain Verizon services
- Assist with account questions and basic support needs
- Guide customers through enrollment and product selection
- Support sales opportunities using provided leads
- Recommend solutions based on customer needs
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Support team sales goals through daily engagement
- Deliver a professional experience as a Customer Service Representative (Verizon)
Who We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable speaking with customers

- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required
Pay: $750.00 - $1,600.00 per week
