This crew lead position manages crews on pack outs of textiles, electronics and contents at customers homes who have had fire, water, mold damage at their home. This position is the liaison to the technicians onsite and the customer. This person must be organized and able to document daily progress using several different computer programs.
Priority will be given to the candidate that possesses fire and water restoration experience and experience is handling contents on insurance claims. Priority will be given to candidate who possesses knowlledge of ContentsTrack inventory software.
This position is Tuesday through Friday. No weekends or holidays. Hourly position with potential for overtime and with health insurance benefits and 401K. The position is 10 hour days.
.This person must possess excellent customer service skills to first respond to a loss.
This person must be able to work on an iPad. Need to have computer literacy.
The person must be able to manage technicians onsite and facilitate efficient workflow while on a pack out. Position will be 100% onsite at a home.
This person must be able to drive a van, box truck and a 26 foot box truck. Must possess a Class E chauffer's license.
This person must have a clean criminal record. Background check required.
This is a physical job. Must be able to work in adverse conditions (hot and cold).
