American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry/PCU position requiring a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience and an active NH or compact RN license.

Hospital-based Med/Surg Telemetry and PCU unit
-
Adult med/surg, PCU, and cardiac and med/surg telemetry patient populations
-
Schedule consists of 3x12-hour varied shifts per week

Defined workweek runs from Sunday at 12:01 AM through Saturday at 11:59 PM

Active NH RN license or compact RN license currently in hand

Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

Bachelor's degree in Nursing required

Minimum 3 years of nursing experience required

Strong Med/Surg Telemetry experience required

Strong mathematical, analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Responsible for delivering direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process across all assigned areas

Performs patient assessments upon admission including medical history, vital signs, lab work, and diagnostic test review

Participates in the planning and implementation of written care plans under physician direction
