REGISTERED NURSE (PRN) - Intake Department
- Position includes generous SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS for weekends and nights
- DAY PRN shifts - assist with coverage on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (6am-6pm)
- NIGHT PRN shifts - assist with coverage from 5pm - 5am OR 6pm - 6am

The Intake Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assisting in the process of responding to referrals and other requests for services and information. The Assessment counselor will provides direct patient care including assessment, clinical documentation, and diagnosing and direct treatment intervention. Provides general support to the case management program.

Position Requirements:
Education: Associates in Nursing required
Experience: Preferably two or more years’ experience in intake assessment activities within an acute psychiatric setting, but not required.
License: Fully licensed to practice in the State of Utah as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Pay: $35.00 - $53.00 per hour
