Duties
- Engage with customers in a in-person settings to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, follow-up, and personalized service.
- Conduct outside sales activities by visiting potential clients or participating in community events to promote our products and services.
- Negotiate terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
- Manage sales administration tasks including updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, processing client information, and maintaining accurate records.
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify new sales opportunities and improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with outstanding communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
- Strong analysis skills for assessing client needs, market conditions, and sales performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM system platforms for client management.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and foster long-term customer relationships through exceptional customer service skills.
