Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bar Tender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Take and accurately process drink and food orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and friendly service.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Serve food items efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work station.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties and processing payments securely.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations, including proper food handling and safety procedures.
- Support event service during banquets or nightclub functions, ensuring smooth operations in high-energy environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, particularly in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that enhances guest experiences.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Previous experience in brewing or catering environments is a plus.
- Must be 18 years or older with the legal right to serve alcohol in accordance with local laws.
