Overview
A well-established, ACHC Certified Agency is seeking a dynamic and motivated Home Health Agency Marketer/Community Liaison. We are a leading provider of compassionate, personalized home health services, and we are looking for the right person to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our Agency’s services to potential clients, families, and healthcare providers (Hospitals, Community Physician Offices, Assisted Living Homes, Memory Care Homes, Rehabilitation Facilities, etc.) facilities
*Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation facilities, and community Physician Groups.
*Conduct outreach activities such as attending networking events, health fairs, and community meetings to generate leads and referral sources.
*Educate the community about the benefits of home health care and our tailored services to meet their needs.
*Collaborate with our team to create marketing materials, handouts, brochures, social media content, and presentations.
*Track and report on marketing efforts, including lead generation and conversion rates.
Experience
*Bachelor’s degree or 2 year college preferred in a related field (or equivalent experience).
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse groups.
*Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
*Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel to meet referral sources and attend events.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software or marketing tools (training offered).
*Knowledge of the healthcare industry, especially home health or senior care, is a plus.

Pay: $44,951.00 - $54,134.54 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
