- Dynamic customer service and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish

Responsibilities of Bilingual Service Coordinator (Recruiter)
- Monday–Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
- Recruit, screen, and present qualified candidates based on job descriptions
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to evaluate skills, availability, and preferences
- Coordinate recruitment process to meet changing client needs
- Verify credentials, perform reference and background checks, and schedule testing
- Schedule interviews and provide pre/post-interview support to candidates
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Perform all duties in accordance with company and safety standards
