Starting Compensation
- Starting base pay of $22 per hour
- Starting commission of 15% of net profit from completed sales

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Home Improvement Sales Representative to join our growing team in Rhode Island.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust with homeowners and close sales.
You will travel to scheduled appointments throughout Rhode Island, meet with homeowners in person, discuss their construction and home improvement needs, recommend appropriate solutions, present pricing, and follow up with customers.
Responsibilities
- Travel to scheduled appointments throughout Rhode Island
- Meet with homeowners to discuss their concerns, goals, budgets, and project needs
- Evaluate home improvement projects and recommend appropriate solutions
- Explain project scopes, pricing, materials, and available options clearly
- Present proposals and close sales
