This role combines grassroots community engagement with strategic sales execution to expand Fiber Now's reach, drive subscriber growth, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
You'll work directly within neighborhoods, apartment communities, HOAs, and local events, building relationships, educating residents about Fiber Now's products and services, and helping customers make the switch to fiber.
In addition to residential sales, you'll use the same grassroots approach to grow Fiber Now's Business division, prospecting local businesses within your territory and selling fiber-optic connectivity, fully managed hosted voice, and Managed IT services.

Business (B2B) Sales
- Grow New Business Accounts: Prospect and close small and mid-sized business accounts within your assigned territory using the same door-to-door, event-based, and referral-driven methods used for residential sales.
- Sell the Business Services Suite: Present and sell Fiber Now's full business portfolio, including multi-gig fiber internet (symmetrical speeds up to 10 Gig), fully managed hosted voice/VoIP and fax, and Managed IT and Cloud Services.
- Identify Business Needs: Conduct discovery conversations with owners, office managers, and decision-makers to understand connectivity, communications, and IT requirements, and recommend the right solution or bundle.
- Target Key Verticals: Pursue opportunities across businesses of all sizes, including professional offices, retail, hotels and restaurants, and healthcare and long-term care facilities.
- Engage Business Communities: Build relationships with commercial property managers, business parks, chambers of commerce, and local business associations to generate a consistent pipeline.
