Unit Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recent experience as an Unit Coordinator in an assisted living community preferred
- Will assist the Wellness Director with all the scheduling needs and work directly with them
- Must be able to do schedules for all areas of the nursing department
- Should be able to work in collaboration with the entire nursing team
- Must be able to fill open positions on the schedule with current staff through creative methods
- Must be detail oriented, computer literate and have excellent communication skills
- Should have great 'people skills'
- Should be able to be okay to be ‘on-call’
Unit Coordinator Qualifications and Skills:
- CNA or Nursing Assistant Experience (Preferred)
