Job Description:
We’re hiring dependable and hardworking Housekeepers to help ensure every guest enjoys a clean and pleasant room. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness is consistently met. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things neat, organized, and takes pride in a job well done.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Change bed linens and make beds to hotel standards
- Replenish towels, toiletries, and other in-room amenities
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all assigned areas
- Empty trash and maintain cleanliness throughout guest and public spaces
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to hotel management
- Maintain housekeeping carts and storage rooms in an organized manner
- Work efficiently and independently or as part of a team
- Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and respond to requests professionally
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move for extended periods (up to 25 lbs)
- Able to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
