Responsibilities

- Manage food preparation tasks efficiently, ensuring all items are produced on time for service or delivery
- Maintain strict food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices
- Package baked goods securely for retail display or catering orders, ensuring freshness and quality are preserved
- Assist in high-volume production processes while maintaining attention to detail and quality control
- Support kitchen operations by handling ingredients, measuring accurately, and maintaining organized workstations
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or during catering events, addressing special requests professionally
Skills
- Extensive experience in baking, pastry arts, or food production within a commercial setting
- Strong cake decorating skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics
- Proficiency in food handling, safety management, and sanitation protocols
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation including mixers, ovens, knives, and packaging tools
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume production environments while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent culinary skills with a focus on baked goods, cooking techniques, and food preparation
- Experience in catering or restaurant settings is highly desirable
- Exceptional customer service skills to engage positively with clients and team members
- Familiarity with food industry regulations and best practices for food safety
