Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations
- Stay knowledgeable about current products, releases, and trends
- Assist customers with sizing, product information, and styling suggestions
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
- Build strong relationships with customers and create repeat business
- Process transactions accurately through the POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and merchandising
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives
- Help upsell new arrivals, special releases, and featured products
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Qualifications
- Knowledge of premium sneaker and streetwear brands including Yeezy, Jordan, Nike, ASICS, BAPE, Supreme, Godspeed, VALE, Purple Brand, Sp5der, and similar streetwear brands
- Previous retail sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a positive and energetic attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Experience with POS systems
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Dependable with strong attention to detail
- Available to weekends, and holidays
