Responsibilities:
Finishing Department:
-
Prepare products for staining or painting.
-
Stain product by hand wiping method or through spray line/booth.
-
Wrap, label, and load products for delivery.
Milling Department:
-
Receive and record lumber.
-
Rip lumber for the molder.
-
Mold and Sand.
Skills Needed:
-
Use and read a tape measure accurately.
-
Perform math calculations that include fractions.
-
Analyze problems and make sound decisions in a timely manner based on objectives, risks, implications, and costs.
-
Strong communication skills: written, oral, and listening.
-
Adhere to procedures and safety policies.
-
Quality-conscious.
Additional Skills that would be a plus:
-
Construction, carpentry, millwork, or finishing knowledge.

Experience with hand and power tools or commercial woodworking machinery.
Salary: Compensation is based on experience and knowledge of the above skills.
