We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to grow and manage a portfolio of business-to-business clients. This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who understands commercial risk, enjoys developing long-term client partnerships, and thrives in a performance-based environment.
You will be responsible for identifying prospects, evaluating risk exposures, designing tailored insurance solutions, and collaborating with internal service teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Prospect, develop, and close new B2B commercial insurance accounts

Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and outbound sales activity

Conduct risk assessments and client needs analyses across commercial coverages

Design and present insurance solutions including:

Industry-specific coverages

Negotiate pricing, terms, and coverage with carriers

Stay current on market conditions, carrier appetites, and regulatory changes

Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking in agency management systems and CRM tools

Active PropertyCasualty insurance license (required)

3+ years of experience producing in B2B sales
