As the first point of contact for our patients, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in shaping the patient experience and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position requires a warm, professional, and proactive individual who can create a welcoming environment, handle administrative tasks efficiently, and support patient engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, check-in, and check-out patients with warmth and professionalism
- Support patient engagement by providing information on services and promotions, and assisting with product sales and transactions
- Respond to patient inquiries about treatments, appointments, and practice services
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using the practice management system
- Follow up with leads from phone calls, website inquiries, and walk-ins to promote consultations and treatments
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the electronic medical records (EMR) system
- Manage inventory of front desk supplies and promotional materials, ensuring stock levels are maintained
- Process payments, invoices, and handle billing in a professional and efficient manner
Requirements:
- Previous medical spa experience
- Social Media Skills

- Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with scheduling software and basic computer skills
