**Full Job Description**
We are seeking professional, customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will serve as a direct point of contact for callers, helping them navigate services, resolve concerns, and access accurate information — all from the comfort of your home.
**Responsibilities:**
- Handle inbound calls, providing accurate information and routing callers to the appropriate department
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with every caller
- Accurately document call details and resolutions in the system
- Meet performance metrics including call quality, accuracy, and response time
- Attend all required training sessions and complete assigned assessments
- Adhere to all call center protocols and confidentiality requirements
- Maintain and track an active caseload of inquiries as needed
**Requirements:**
- Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
- Must have all government-issued IDs current and up to date
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
**Home Office & Equipment Requirements:**
- Candidates must have their own computer/laptop with webcam to complete training before company equipment is issued
- Minimum internet speed of 300 Mbps, hard-wired ethernet connection required (no Wi-Fi during work hours)
- Dedicated, quiet, professional workspace free from background noise (photo of workspace may be required)
- Headset with microphone required
**Compensation & Schedule:**
- Starting pay: $20.00 per hour
- Full-time position, 8-hour shifts
- 1-hour unpaid lunch break included in shift
- Weekend availability required
- 90-day probationary period — no call-outs or tardiness permitted during this time
- Training is paid only upon successful completion and onboarding
