LPN Salary: $83,000 - $90,000 per year
Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking an experienced RN or LPN Unit Manager to join our skilled nursing leadership team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead an assigned nursing unit, mentor a dedicated nursing team, and help deliver exceptional care to our residents.
Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license required.
Long-term care experience preferred.
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

As our Unit Manager, you will:
Oversee the daily clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit.
Supervise, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
Complete resident assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Investigate resident incidents and update care plans as needed.
Conduct wound rounds and oversee wound care treatments.
Administer medications and treatments.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to promote quality resident outcomes and regulatory compliance.
