NYSCEF & EDDS e-filing (NY + Connecticut)
Discovery management (demands/responses organization)
Statements of Net Worth/Financial Disclosure Affidavits
Child Support Calculations
Trial preparation (witness/exhibit selection)
New York CPLR knowledge
Court/opposing counsel interaction
Independent worker; communicative/transparent
Preferences:
Divorce/family law litigation experience
ABA-accredited Paralegal Certificate
Case flow/staff management experience.
