Shift: Full-Time | 12:30pm - 9pm | One weekend per month
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Join the hospitality team at Hope College! We’re looking for a dependable, energetic Closing Lead to support our Front-of-House (FOH) team in a fast-paced, rewarding campus dining environment.
What You'll Do:
- Lead Front-of-House operations during closing shifts
- Ensure menus are accurate, with correct allergen info and icons
- Monitor food holding temps, restock, and complete closing checklists
- Support your team and resolve service issues as they come up
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, kitchen staff, and teammates
What We're Looking For:
- 1–2 years in food service or customer service (leadership experience a plus)
- Familiarity with the Top 9 Food Allergens
- ServSafe certification preferred, not required
- Able to lift 25 lbs and stay on your feet for the shift
