Assist customers and mechanics in locating and purchasing parts for their needs while maintaining all pertinent records for the company.
Essential Functions:

Assist customers in locating and purchasing parts for their machine needs.

Process orders and quote requests from customers, PSSR’s and Service Technicians. Perform daily invoicing for shipped parts as well as submit purchase orders for backordered parts.

If need be, expedite backordered parts with their respective vendor or alternate supplier on a as needed basis.

Processes all parts returns- both shop returns and customer returns. Files all claims with vendors.

Helps receiving on an as need basis. Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.

Attends training classes to stay current on parts programs.

Assists in cycle count and any department projects as deemed necessary.

Maintain a clean showroom.

Tracks all parts sales and lost sales. Maintains logs of customer quotes and lost deals.

Qualifications:
-
Knowledge of heavy earthmoving equipment parts.

A minimum of two (2) years' experience with word processor, personal computer and/or terminal hardware/software. (Excel and Word proficiency is required)

Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
-
Proven ability to professionally interact with fellow employees, sales representatives, management, and customers.

Forklift experience preferred.
