The Resident Care Coordinator in Memory Care at Fairfield Village of Layton ensures that the residents are safe, well cared for, and comfortable. Supports and maintains the delivery of personal services for assisted living residents. Monitors policies and procedures, and employee performance, and implements training and quality assurance of employee performance and resident care. Guides line staff, and oversees medication room systems. Complies with federal, state, and local standards for facility operation Incorporates Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Schedule:
- Full-time, weekends required
- 8 Hour Shifts, 40 hours per week
- Holiday availability preferred
Requirements:
- Two years experience in assisted living, long-term care, or the delivery of health services.
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Experience in the provision of care to the senior population.
- Knowledge of Federal and State regulations related to Assisted Living facilities.
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in the English language.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid.
- Assists in supervision of caregiver and assignment of tasks.
- Performs initial training for caregivers as assigned.
- While on duty, if the team leader is occupied, would be the person in charge of the caregiver team and assignments.
- Ensure that staff understand and follow through with changes and updates in service plans.
