Job Title: Registered Dietitian – Nutrition Counseling Private Practice
Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099), Part-Time
Schedule: Flexible, with opportunity to grow - Set your own hours!
Location: Remote - Las Vegas or NV resident preferred.
Job Summary
Rūtsu Nutrition is seeking a motivated, experienced Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our growing private practice for 1:1 nutrition counseling. This role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy in client care, and the opportunity to work with a diverse client population in a supportive, collaborative environment. Bonus: brand and media work opportunities are sometimes available.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one nutrition counseling sessions
- Provide individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT)
- Maintain thorough and accurate patient documentation in compliance with HIPAA
- Communicate with clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers as necessary
- Stay current with nutrition research and CEU requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential with active Nevada state licensure (Our company will help the right candidate get licensed in NV)
- 2–3 years of outpatient nutrition counseling experience (required)
- Active CAQH profile (required)
- Strong communication, counseling, and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems (Get Healthie experience is a plus, but not required).
