What will I do as a Maintenance Technician for The Wesley Community?
The primary purpose of your position is to maintain, troubleshoot and repair critical building systems and mechanical equipment. This position focuses on advanced mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems, with an emphasis on minimizing downtime and ensuring safe, reliable facility operations in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility. The Technician will also perform standard work orders as requested and is directly accountable to the Maintenance Manager
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalency preferred
- Five years’ experience in related field
- Experience with commercial Boiler and Heat Pump Applications and repair
- Technical training in associated field preferred
- Should possess reasonable mechanical technician aptitude/proficiency and electrical knowledge
