L&J Waste Management is seeking dependable, professional individuals to join our Apartment Service Team.
This is not your typical valet trash job.
Our Apartment Service Technicians are responsible for helping apartment communities stay clean, safe, and presentable by providing valet trash collection, servicing pet waste stations, maintaining dumpster areas, and reporting maintenance concerns.
Each apartment community has its own dedicated team, giving employees ownership of their property and creating opportunities for advancement as our company continues to grow.
Compensation & Benefits

Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- Evening shifts
- Approximately 2 hours per shift
- Start between 7:00 PM-8:00 PM
- No overnight work
Responsibilities
- Collect valet trash from apartment residents
- Empty and refill pet waste (doggy) stations
- Keep dumpster and compactor areas clean and organized
- Report maintenance and safety issues
- Photograph property concerns when necessary
- Safely operate a company vehicle
- Provide outstanding customer service while representing L&J Waste Management

Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record

- Reliable transportation to and from your assigned property

Starting pay is $22/hour. Performance reviews provide opportunities to earn up to $26/hour through excellent attendance, reliability, and advancement into leadership roles.
