SkyRun Vacation Rentals, a fast-growing vacation rental management company in Park City is looking for a good hand. Someone who can help out with various chores, such as raking leaves, cleaning decks, garages, and porches, shoveling snow, running errands, and performing light maintenance. Must live in Park City.
This position requires someone who can work independently, and has a clean driving record, and it's really a fairly easy job.

You will be the vigilant eye ensuring properties remain secure, well-maintained, and fully operational, delivering exceptional service with energy and professionalism.
Duties
- Conduct regular inspections of residential properties to identify maintenance needs and security concerns
- Perform building interior maintenance including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC system repairs
- Maintain and repair facilities equipment using hand tools, schematics, and electrical testing devices such as ohmmeters
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC units, and mechanical equipment with precision and safety standards in mind
- Supervise or assist with welding projects or other specialized repairs requiring technical skill
- Ensure all maintenance tasks adhere to safety protocols while delivering high-quality results
- Document all inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately for record-keeping and reporting purposes
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, repair operations (MRO), or residential property upkeep
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, schematics, electrical equipment repair tools including ohmmeters
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC systems, plumbing systems, electrical work, and building interior maintenance
- Demonstrated ability to lead or supervise maintenance teams with excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of welding techniques and electrical system troubleshooting is highly desirable
- Experience working with facilities equipment maintenance programs and understanding schematics for complex systems
- Effective communication skills in English to coordinate tasks clearly and professionally
