- Take dine-in and takeout orders
- Operate the POS/register system
- Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments accurately
- Answer phones and assist customers
- Package and verify takeout orders

Bartender
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide professional customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies
- Follow all alcohol-service and age-verification requirements
- Process customer payments
- Assist with bar opening and closing duties
Line Cook
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Jamaican cuisine according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Work efficiently on assigned cooking stations
- Grill, fry, sauté, and prepare food as required
- Follow proper food temperatures and food-safety procedures
- Maintain portion and presentation standards
- Keep cooking stations clean and organized
- Restock ingredients throughout the shift
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties
Prep Cook / Kitchen Prep
Responsibilities:
- Prepare meats, vegetables, sauces, seasonings, and other ingredients
- Portion and label food properly
- Assist cooks with daily food preparation
- Follow proper food-storage and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a clean prep area
- Assist with receiving and putting away food deliveries
Dishwasher / Utility Worker
Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Operate commercial/industrial dishwashing equipment
- Maintain a clean dishwashing station
- Remove trash and replace liners
- Sweep and mop kitchen areas
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning
- Keep clean dishes and equipment properly stored
- Assist kitchen staff as needed
Busser / Dining Room Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Clear and reset tables
- Clean tables and dining areas
- Refill water and assist servers
- Bring dishes to the dishwashing area
- Restock dining room supplies
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room
- Assist with opening and closing duties
Food Runner / Expeditor
Responsibilities:
- Deliver completed orders from the kitchen to guests
- Verify orders before they leave the kitchen
- Communicate with cooks and servers
- Make sure food is delivered to the correct table
- Assist with takeout orders during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness around the food pickup area
Kitchen Cleaner / Porter
Responsibilities:
- Perform heavy-duty cleaning in a commercial kitchen
- Clean floors, walls, equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas
- Degrease cooking and kitchen areas
- Remove trash and maintain waste areas
- Assist with deep cleaning
- Follow sanitation and safety procedures
- Help maintain a clean and safe kitchen throughout the shift
Shift Lead / Restaurant Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise employees during assigned shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Assist with opening and closing the restaurant
- Handle customer concerns when necessary
- Monitor cleanliness and food-safety standards
- Assist with employee breaks and shift assignments
- Support management with daily restaurant operations
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

Experience:
- Cash register/Hostess/Server/Dish Washer: 1 year (Preferred)
