Responsibilities
- Marketing Campaigns: Assist in developing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns across social media platforms, email marketing, and print advertising.
- SEO: Support SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings. If you don't have experience, AI can help you figure out what works
- Content Creation: Manage content marketing efforts by creating compelling copy for blogs, newsletters, social media, etc.
- Web Design and Maintenance: Work with staff to maintain and update website to ensure fresh and engaging content
- Represent the Practice: Set up a booth at an event or deliver flyers to local businesses
- Office Duties: You'll keep the office running smoothly by running errands, keeping on top of inventory, etc.
- Contributing to a Healthy Work Environment: Giving and receiving feedback, investing in community, asking for help when you need it, and showing up for each other
Experience & Skills
- Independent Management: Taking full ownership of administrative duties - everything from designing and printing marketing materials to problem-solving to picking up the supplies that keep the practice running.
- Digital Marketing: Proven experience or strong interest in areas such as SEO web design and social media marketing
- Ease with Online Tools: Familiarity with or the capacity to learn tools like Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, Photoshop, and web development platforms
- Graphic Design: The ability to put together materials like cards and flyers that adhere to brand standards
- Web Design: Knowledge and experience managing or updating websites is preferred

- Professional: You represent the practice well and treat clients’ privacy with the utmost ethical care.
- Team Player: You’re willing to jump in if someone is overwhelmed and look for ways to lend a hand. You offer warmth to the people around you
