The Bricks Pizzeria is currently looking for individuals to fill a bartender position, this position would start as soon as someone is able.
Create seasonal drink menus, help manage bar inventory, maintain cleanliness in the bar.
The Bricks is a farm to table pizzeria focusing on great food, great experience, community involvement and company sustainability. Every employee here is expected to promote community wellness and prosper with self-awareness.
The Bricks mills our own grain in-house, work on growing our own produce at our farm an hour north of Detroit. With a focus on growing a proprietary mix of ancient grains, specifically Einhorn and Spelt.
The oven is a wood-fired Le Panyol from France, custom-designed by the Maine Wood-heating Company. The mill is a hand-made A 700 MSM Osttiroler from Austria. The Bricks is family-owned and a labor of love that opened in August 2019.
