Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawnscape and Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring that landscapes are healthy, attractive, and well-maintained. This role involves hands-on work in various aspects of landscape maintenance, including lawn care, tree care, and garden upkeep. This role does require a valid driver's license as you will be needed to drive our commercial truck as well as tow the equipment trailer. You will be required to pass a drug test before you can start work and there will be random tests performed when needed. We are looking for honest, trustworthy, and serious individuals looking to join a growing team, and to grow towards a leadership role! There will be opportunities to earn bonuses in addition to your hourly pay. Hourly pay will be based off experience and references.
Responsibilities
- Perform groundskeeping tasks to maintain the aesthetic appeal of properties.
- Execute lawn care activities such as mowing, fertilizing, and aerating.
- Conduct landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, and weeding.
- Build and install landscape features such as flower beds, pathways, and retaining walls.
- Provide tree care services including trimming and pruning.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
Experience
- Previous experience in groundskeeping, lawnscape, and/or landscape maintenance is preferred.
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and plant species is helpful.
- Familiarity with landscape design principles and installation methods is beneficial.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
