Twist 'N Flip Rotterdam is growing, and we're looking for a confident, energetic coach who can step in, lead, and help athletes succeed in a positive, team-first environment.
This is not a beginner rec-only role, you'll be actively coaching competitive team athletes, building skills, confidence, and routines for competition.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead coaching for XCEL team athletes (Silverhigher)
-
Teach strong technique, shaping, and clean skill progressions

Spot confidently and give real-time corrections
-
Prepare athletes for meets, routines, and competition season

Travel for weekend competitions (in-season)

Help build a motivating, team-driven atmosphere

Must-Haves

Skills You Should Be Comfortable Coaching
Floor: Running tumbling progressions
Bars: Squat-ons, back hip circles
Beam: Cartwheels, back walkovers, dismounts
(If you can coach beyond this, huge plus!)
