Core Duties-
Execute MIG welding tasks on a variety of metal parts based on provided requirements.

Analyze and translate technical drawings, welding symbols, and blueprints.

Construct metal assemblies and components utilizing both power and hand-operated tools.

Verify that completed items meet quality standards and project specifications.

Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping your station tidy.

Work alongside colleagues to ensure production targets and timelines are successfully achieved.

Support the team by identifying and fixing issues that arise during the welding process.

Engage in continuous learning opportunities to sharpen your professional skills.
Requirements-
Completion of high school or a GED; vocational welding education is advantageous.

Demonstrated background in MIG welding, ideally within a light industrial context.

Solid grasp of material properties, safety procedures, and various welding methods.

Capacity to interpret complex technical documents and blueprints.

Help ensure high-quality output by maintaining a sharp eye for detail in every project.
