Join our dynamic team as a Sales Counter / Combine Yard Associate, where you'll be the frontline ambassador for our agricultural and machinery sales operations. In this role, you will engage with customers in person, providing expert guidance on combine and hay tool salvage products and equipment. Your knowledge and customer service will drive customer satisfaction, foster strong relationships, and support business growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, ensuring every visitor receives exceptional service and product insight.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally at the sales counter or combine yard area, establishing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide detailed product information and technical explanations to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Manage inbound inquiries via phone or in person, while creating sales leads.
- Assist with inventory management in conjunction with sales transaction.
- Utilize computer system to locate available parts eligible to sell.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently.
Skills
- Experience in a fast paced sales environment is a plus.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multi task.
- A willingness to learn. Coachability.
- Proficiency with navigating computer systems.
- Possess analysis capabilities to identify customer needs and upsell opportunities.
- Self starter, see's what needs to be done before having to be told.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships through direct engagement and follow-up.
This position starts as an hourly pay income. After you complete the training period you will then transition into a 100% commission based compensation. The earning potential in this sales position is purely based on the effort put forth. You will reap the benefits of your labor.
This position is Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm. There will be a rotating schedule for Saturdays 8am-12pm.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
