Candidates willing to travel between locations are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional preventive dental care for pediatric and adolescent patients.
- Deliver a positive, friendly, and comfortable experience for patients and parents.
- Perform dental cleanings and preventive hygiene procedures.
- Remove plaque, calculus, and deposits above and below the gumline.
- Complete accurate charting, periodontal assessments, and clinical documentation.
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care.
- Recommend appropriate oral hygiene products and home care routines.
- Support recall scheduling and ongoing treatment recommendations.
- Lead and collaborate with hygiene assistants and clinical team members.
- Follow all infection control, OSHA, and safety protocols.
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies.
- Assist with overall patient flow and clinical efficiency.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Current Dental Hygienist license in the State of Georgia.
- 1-2 year of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding chairside manner with children, teens, and parents.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Dependable, professional, and positive attitude.
- Ability to travel between locations preferred.
- Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
