Assist with coordination of caregiver schedules and client assignments
Support the scheduling team with daily updates, changes, and communication
Prepare and distribute welcome packets for new clients and caregivers
Maintain and update records using Smartsheet and other internal systems
Assist with social media posting and basic content updates
Communicate with staff, clients, and families in a professional and timely manner
Help ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards
Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, tracking, etc.)
Assist with special projects and additional tasks as needed
