Job Summary
The Production Clerk shall be responsible for the monitoring and control of production-related duties including, but not limited to, daily inventory, railcar and trucking shipments, appointment scheduling and product control level reporting. Their scope of work will also include that in relation to Title V reporting, production data input, and other duties specified by the Site Director.
Essential Functions
- Report to and follows the directions of Site Director.
- Complete and maintain weekly reports. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerBI, and Access. Complete correspondence as needed.
- Keep management personnel up to date on warehouse operations through verbal and written communications.
- Complete all paperwork neatly and correctly and file.
- Compiles and tracks data from daily Production History Report.
- Compiles reports for both butter and powder production as needed.
- Keeps running track of production.
- Performs entry of emissions data into Title V database program.
- Prepares and presents monthly Title V data to Site Director.
- Prepares and submits Annual and Semi-Annual Title V documentation.
- Create purchase orders for new footwear requests, manage inventory of shoes and overshoes kept on-site.
- Assist with the ordering of supplies and packaging.
- Work with outside vendors.
- Provide support services to other departments, including HR, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Safety and Warehouse as needed.
- Follow all safety and working rules.

Education and/or Experience

Equipment
Uses a computer and VEE kit. Personal protective equipment including, but not limited to hearing protection, bump caps, hair and beard nets, gloves, and safety glasses must be used in the performance of duties. Proper lifting techniques must be employed at all times.

- Grasping/Manipulating: Frequent use of hands and fingers when typing and performing inventory control.
