About Andor Law
At Andor Law, we represent national, regional, and local clients throughout Oregon and Washington. Our attorneys and staff are experienced, collaborative, and committed to delivering outstanding results while maintaining a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work each day.
We believe the best attorneys develop when they're trusted with meaningful responsibility while having experienced mentors just down the hall. Whether you're a newer attorney looking to build courtroom confidence or a more experienced lawyer seeking a collegial team and interesting litigation work, you'll find opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact here.
Location: Downtown Portland, Oregon
This is a 100% in-person position.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team representing property management companies in a wide variety of interesting, challenging, and often novel cases. This is a fast-paced litigation practice that offers substantial courtroom exposure and client interaction.
You'll have the opportunity to handle your own cases, appear in court, advise clients, negotiate resolutions, and develop practical litigation skills from day one. At the same time, you'll be supported by a structured training process, experienced mentors, collaborative colleagues, and partners who maintain an open-door approach.
In other words: you'll have enough autonomy to grow, but you'll never be left to figure things out alone.
Our practice is well-suited to attorneys who enjoy thinking on their feet, balancing multiple priorities, and working directly with clients. Similar to prosecutors and public defenders, at the start of their careers, our attorneys manage a high volume of matters, gain significant courtroom experience, and quickly develop strong litigation instincts.
Attorneys at all experience levels are encouraged to apply. We particularly welcome candidates who are eager to learn, enjoy working as part of a team, and are looking for a place where they can build a long-term career.
