About the Role:
Firm Tech Sol is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee and coordinate software, web, mobile application, and digital technology projects from initial planning through successful delivery.
The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between clients, developers, designers, marketers, and other technical specialists, ensuring projects remain aligned with business objectives, technical requirements, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end technology projects, including web development, software systems, mobile applications, and digital solutions.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
- Coordinate developers, UI/UX designers, graphic designers, SEO specialists, and digital marketing professionals.
- Gather and document client requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
- Create and maintain project schedules, task assignments, priorities, and documentation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Facilitate communication between clients and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage changes to project scope, requirements, and priorities.
- Track project budgets, resources, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate testing, quality assurance, deployment, and final project delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve development workflows and project management processes.
- Ensure completed projects meet agreed-upon quality standards and client expectations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in technical project management, software development, IT, or a related field.
- Experience managing web, software, mobile app, or other digital technology projects.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with developers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong client-management and team-coordination abilities.
Pay: $87,000.00 - $99,800.00 per year
