Westaff is looking for a Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator in the Avon MA area for Immediate Start!
Location: Avon, MA
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Candidates will be responsible for operating a forklift, loading and unloading trucks, picking orders, stocking inventory, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse.
Requirements:
- Operate sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materials.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming products and materials.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Follow company procedures and work instructions.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience
- Forklift experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
