Insurance Account Manager- Personal Lines
We are seeking a licensed Personal Lines Insurance Associate to grow with us. Commercial experience would be helpful. We are a full-service independent insurance agency with tremendous Carrier options. We specialize in Workers Comp, Personal lines and Surplus lines. CIG has been serving the Littleton Columbine Valley area for over 26 years. We are also licensed in 8 States.

Responsibilities:
- Quoting Personal Lines with: Safeco, Hartford, Travelers, Pinnacol, RPS, CRC, CNA, Secura, Central, Liberty Mutual, Western Pacific, State Auto, Philly, Zurich Progressive, Berkshire Hathaway & many more.
- Processing policy change requests and endorsements
- Processing renewals and New business proposals
- Processing Certificates of Insurance
- Processing downloads from Carriers
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Handling daily mail
Qualifications:
- A CURRENT COLORADO PROPERTY & CASUALTY LICENSE is required
- Current Experience in commercial and/or personal lines insurance
- Strong Problem Solving and Communication skills are needed
- Skilled in email-communication and making phone calls
- Hawksoft Agency Management systems experience is a plus
- Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
