Pay range is commensurate with experience and education.
Responsibilities
As a member of our teaching team, you will:
- Support & Implement: Work collaboratively to implement developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years.
- Create Engaging Environments: Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that supports daily operations and aligns with licensing and center standards.
- Foster Growth: Help guide children through daily activities while maintaining a safe, nurturing, and high-quality environment.
- Document Development: Assist in maintaining accurate classroom documentation and child records to track student progress.
- Build Connections: Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with children, families, and your fellow team members.
- Ensure Safety: Maintain a high standard of care, safety, and compliance at all times.
Monday–Friday availability is required.
Qualifications and Skills
Ideal candidates will be dependable, flexible, motivated, organized, and fun!
- Experience working with young children in a licensed childcare setting is required.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain upon hire).
- Willing to submit to and pass a comprehensive background check.
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.73 - $18.00 per hour

Experience:
- childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CDA or degree is Early Childhood (Preferred)
