The Implementation Lead turns clear direction into real-world results. This role builds, launches, and supports systems that clients actually use translating transformation plans into day-to-day operations with confidence and care.
This role exists so that strategy becomes habit, not just insight.
Core ResponsibilitiesExecution with Clarity
· Build clear, functional systems based on approved transformation plans.
· Translate action plans into clear illustrations using Canva to visually illustrate our workflow.
· Create the tools, workflows, and processes in software packages such as CRM, task management, or knowledge storage tools
· Execute work as designed providing challenges or opportunities as they arise.
· Create digital storage structure and assist in the document migration and organization.
· Maintain momentum and follow-through throughout implementation.
· Use no code or low code software to automate and drive efficiency
Systems & Adoption
· Implement digital tools, templates, and workflows that support clients workflows.
· Ensure systems are intuitive, practical, and easy to maintain.
· Guide clients through adoption and behavior change.
· Identify friction during rollout and recommend practical adjustments.
Documentation & Enablement
· Create clean documentation, SOPs, and visual guides.
· Develop training materials that support long-term use.
· Deliver 1:1 and small-group training as needed.
· Ensure clients feel confident using what has been built.
Quality & Consistency
· Maintain high standards for clarity, usability, and consistency.
· Ensure implementations align with Intentional Focus principles.
· Protect simplicity and avoid unnecessary complexity.
· Escalate gaps or ambiguity back to the Business Systems Architect when needed.
Collaboration & Coordination
· Partner closely with the Business Systems Architect for clean handoffs.
· Coordinate with specialists (developers, designers, marketers) when required.
· Lead execution across freelancers or contractors when applicable.
· Provide feedback to improve future plans and templates.

· Systems clients consistently use and trust

- Project management (ClickUp, Asana, or similar)
