Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)
This position is contingent upon obtaining required insurance licenses.
- Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start (full support provided)
- Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of your start date
- We provide guidance, resources, and support to help you successfully complete the licensing process
Role Overview
As a Multiline Representative, you will work with both prospective and existing customers to identify needs, recommend coverage solutions, and drive new business. In addition, you will assist with light service responsibilities, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Success in this role is measured by production, customer engagement, and overall contribution to agency growth.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
Build relationships with new and existing customers to support retention and growth
Follow up on leads and customer interactions to convert opportunities into sales
Assist with light service tasks including basic policy updates, billing questions, and general inquiries
Support daily office operations including documentation and follow-up activities
Participate in marketing and outreach efforts to generate new business opportunities
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and office production goals
Qualifications
Sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence engaging in sales conversations and asking for the business
Ability to multitask and balance sales with service responsibilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Prior insurance, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred
Ability to meet licensing requirements outlined above
