Excel Management LTD is a full service construction and maintenance company.
We are looking for a LEAD carpenter for our Construction & Remodeling Division. This job requires a well rounded knowledge of all areas of construction & remodeling such as carpentry, flooring, framing, drywall, painting, windows, siding, etc. You will have to make decisions for any issues that may arise on site, and be able to communicate with your production manager when an issue arises.

Skill Requirements:
· Interpreting installation instructions and blueprints
· Staying focused on tasks
· Work diligently and efficiently to meet time requirements
· Operating all power tools of a construction company
· Being able to complete and finish work with exceptional detail
· Ability to solve small job site issues with little or no supervision
-Valid drivers license and transportation to and from job sites
Roll Requirements:
· You will be the point of contact for the production manager, and any questions that arise about the job at hand will be directed to you
· A detailed list of materials will need to be comprised each day and given to your production manager so the materials are on site the following day
· Give feedback to production manager
Physical Requirements:
· Be able to be on your feet at the job site the entire work day
· Operating all tools
· Lifting materials up to 75lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $37.00 per hour
