Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer interest and upselling opportunities
- Operate the cash register (POS system), handle retail transactions accurately, and manage cash drawer with integrity
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or assisting remote customers
- Maintain stock levels through stocking shelves, organizing displays, and merchandising to attract customer attention
- Assist with retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and sales promotions to ensure accurate transactions
- Support the team by supervising store activities when needed, including overseeing product demos and ensuring smooth store operations
- Maintain a clean and well-organized work space
- Assist with socila media content creation
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math enhances your ability to succeed in this role
- Demonstrated supervising experience helps in managing store activities and guiding team members during busy periods
- Strong communication skills are vital for engaging with customers confidently and clearly explaining product features
- Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and upselling strategies will set you apart
- Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Abiity to work with children is essential
